Former Tier 3+ Equinox Personal Trainer and Mentor
I am an in-person and online personal trainer, who creates individualized workouts and nutritional programs. I am the owner and operator of Prime Core Fitness. Prior to starting Prime Core Fitness, LLC I worked as a Tier 3+ Personal Trainer at Equinox Sports Club Boston for 4 years training clients from 22 to 83 years of age. I have trained various types of clients from students, post injury/surgical patients, CEOs, celebrities, and people just wanting to improve their personal appearance and health. I am skilled and experienced when it comes to the body and its functions due to my B.S. in Kinesiology from UMass Amherst, Physical Therapy Training at American International College in Springfield, MA, as well as my Equinox Fitness Training Institute (EFTI) course knowledge from my tenure at Equinox. Also, I have been vetted by Beacon Hill Village as a personal training service provider.

In-Person Sessions
Have Prime Core Fitness come to you! With 1 hour one on one sessions, you can get the full Prime Core experience! (available in the Boston area)
Virtual Sessions
With video calling, you can train with Prime Core Fitness anywhere. We use Zoom, Facetime, and Facebook Messenger.
6 Week/12 Week Programs
Each program is customized for your personal needs. Programs consist of exercises oriented to the upper body, lower body, core, flexibility, and mobility. In addition, programs involve meal plans and weekly goals.
